Treat or Treat and Tigers!

The Penticton Vees split their weekend games, and gear up for some home action tonight again at the SOEC!

FRIDAY – Wenatchee 4, Penticton 2.

-The Vees let a 2-0 lead slip away, as the Wild rallied w/ 4 straight goals to upset Penticton, and gain just their 2nd win of the year. Easton LaPlante, with his 1st of the season, and Diego Johnson scored for the Vees.

SATURDAY – Penticton 7, Everett 0.

-It was a huge bounce-back game for the Vees, as they rolled into Everett, and gave the Silvertips their regulation loss of the season in this blow-out victory. It was a monster game for Ryden Evers, scoring 4 times, including the natural hat-trick of 3 straight goals in the 3rd period. Jacob Kvasnicka added a goal, and 2 assists, while William James and Matteo Danis rounded out the scoring. Andrew Reyelts made 33 saves to earn the shutout.

TONIGHT – Medicine Hat at Penticton.

-Vees host Medicine Hat for some Monday night action at the SOEC. A reminder to show up early and catch game 3 of the World Series on the jumbo-tron. Make sure you are dressed up for Halloween, as prizes will be awarded for best costumes, and a chance for kids to head upstairs as well for the ‘Trick or Suite’ night too! Puck-drop is at 6:35 tonight.
